Mission Statement – The ethos of the company is to deliver high quality loft conversions and extensions, maximising the full potential of the property at a competitive price and adopting a procedure that is made straightforward for the client with regular updates and feedback right from the initial feasibility survey (free and without obligation), through to the actual construction of your new loft space or extension.

Our aim is to put the needs of our clients first and going that extra mile to ensure client satisfaction every time.

modernATTICS is run by two enthusiastic individuals – Paul Kershaw is a qualified chartered surveyor with twenty years experience and Jeff Bellman is an established project co-ordinator – with a combined objective to provide a dynamic and professional service in the ever growing loft and space creation sector.

We have built up a substantial level of expertise in all aspects of building and property which is reflected in our service. Our building teams are experienced fitters covering all aspects from carpentry, plumbing, roofing, plastering, electricians, heating engineers and belong to the necessary trade organisations such as CORGI , NAPIT and NICEIC. On average the lead-in period to prepare the necessary plans and permissions will be approximately three to four months and once the work starts a build period of six to eight weeks would be usual for loft conversions, and eight weeks for extensions. All our conversions and extensions are guaranteed for a full ten years.
