We do a lot of work for people and businesses that are looking to refurbish a place – either to rent it out, or to sell it on. Lofts can be dead spaces and a conversion gives that extra room, an office, a bedroom, or anything else that will add value to the overall property.
In this video we introduce you to Jeff, the other half of Modern Attics. Jeff deals with everything concerning the interior of our properties, from the floorboards upwards.
The property in this video is owned by a property company, and we do a lot of work for people and businesses who are looking to refurbish a place – either to rent it out, or to sell it on. As our clients will only really deal with Jeff and Paul, we pride ourselves on a standard of care that many other conversion companies don’t have. We keep in contact with our clients, and can pass any feedback onto our crew to ensure that the desired finish is achieved. We worked for six weeks on this conversion, repairing a failing roof, and converting the loft into a master bedroom with an en-suite.
