Dormer

Depending on the type of house, a dormer can be constructed at the rear, side and front of the roof slope of the property. A dormer will maximise the floor space and create excellent floor to ceiling height, and will allow a significant amount of natural light to flood in. This style will permit a great deal of flexibility in which the room can be utilised by our designers.

Particularly on Semi-Detached properties a side dormer is often used to accommodate the stairs.
